Movement has always fascinated me. At 17, after 10 years of judo, I discovered capoeira, a true revelation. Twenty-five years later, this practice continues to inspire me and drive me to explore new forms of movement. At the same time, gymnastics opened my eyes to a more holistic and postural approach to the body, deeply influencing my view of training.
In 2011, I immersed myself in Chinese martial arts, postural stretching, yoga, dance, boxing, and street workout. What excites me isn’t just physical performance, but the essence of movement as a whole. My ambition goes beyond grades or disciplines; it’s the learning process, the journey, that fascinates me.
Since 2013, I’ve been guiding companies, associations, and individuals toward better health and optimal physical performance. I quickly realized the crucial impact of mobility on the body’s motor abilities. This realization became my specialty and area of focus.
Thanks to my years of practice and coaching, supported by certifications like the CQP AGEE (Gymnastics for Maintenance and Expression) and a STAPS APAS degree (Adapted Physical Activity and Health), I implement support programs that consider both the reality of the body in motion and the latest scientific advances in mobility and performance.
Today, I channel this passion into Mobility Sport Challenge, supported by a community of people who believe in this project.
Mobility Sport Challenge offers a holistic body development method accessible to all: sedentary individuals, athletes, teenagers, adults, or seniors. Through specific sequences derived from various physical practices, the approach focuses on longevity, physical and mental well-being, as well as musculoskeletal and metabolic balance. More than just a program, it’s a project that takes into account the whole person, both physically and mentally.
Mobility goes far beyond flexibility. It integrates strength, coordination, agility, neuromuscular connection, and intra-articular fluid circulation: a true health cocktail! It’s the ability to move freely, dynamically, overcoming both physical and psychological constraints. Unlike passive stretching, mobility engages the entire muscular chain, where strength becomes a key development element. In this approach, each movement is an opportunity to push yourself beyond your comfort zone.
At Mobility Sport Challenge, each movement becomes a personal exploration, a learning moment that can be adapted to one’s own pace. Play, essential for acquiring new skills, also plays a key role in emotional development. As adults, reintroducing this playful aspect allows us to break free from habitual patterns and approach training with a more creative and relaxed mindset.
Mobility Sport Challenge was born from my deep and sincere desire: to share the experience of many years of training and research in the field of movement. The physical approach aims to place health at the heart of daily life, unlocking everyone’s potential and bringing new vitality to the body.
MSC emphasizes the connection between the mind and body: each movement has a direct impact on mental well-being, and the mental state influences physical performance. It’s the ability to move freely, dynamically, overcoming both physical and psychological constraints.
By cultivating this synergy, we can overcome individual limitations and open the door to new possibilities. The goal is not just to “train,” but to transform and deeply explore one’s capabilities in a lasting and profound way.
It is important to note that MSC does not have a medical purpose: it is not about healing, but supporting. Through movement-based teaching, MSC supports the maintenance and optimization of health, providing practical tools for long-term balanced well-being.
