Mobility goes beyond flexibility. It includes strength, coordination, agility, and intra-articular fluid circulation. By practicing mobility exercises, you improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and optimize both physical and mental performance.

This method focuses on four axes:

  • Exploring the Breathing Gesture: To improve blood circulation and regulate the autonomic nervous system.
  • Releasing Emotional Charges: Using movement to release stress and restore physiological balance.
  • Active Relaxation and Deep Relaxation: Releasing muscle tension and promoting cell regeneration.
  • Mental Exploration: Integrating movement into managing thoughts to improve concentration and psychological well-being.

No, MSC is not medical in nature. The approach focuses on health optimization through movement, physical and mental support, but it does not replace medical follow-up.

Working on mobility helps improve functional strength, coordination, balance, motor control, and proprioception, while also supporting fascia health. It not only increases flexibility but also helps prevent injuries and enhances overall physical capacity.
