“Putting Movement Back at the Heart of Workplace Well-being”

I help companies across the French Basque Country and the Landes region improve employee well-being through functional mobility workshops designed to reduce work-related tension, prevent musculoskeletal issues, and promote healthier movement every day.

When the Body Becomes a Workplace Priority

In many work environments, employees face challenges such as:

  • Prolonged sitting and sedentary work
  • Stiffness and discomfort caused by poor posture
  • Physical fatigue at the end of the day
  • Reduced mobility and joint discomfort

These factors directly impact employee well-being and are closely linked to today’s workplace health challenges, including the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and the improvement of Quality of Working Life and Working Conditions (QWLWC).

Practical, Accessible Workshops for Every Team

Every workshop is tailored to your company’s needs, your industry, and your teams. Sessions can be delivered as one-off events or as part of an ongoing workplace wellness programme.

Our workshops include:

  • Functional mobility sessions in the workplace
  • Group movement warm-ups
  • Education on healthy movement and posture awareness
  • Simple exercises that employees can easily integrate into their daily routine
  • Flexible 45 to 60-minute sessions that fit your organisation

Benefits for Your Employees and Your Business

These workshops help to:

  • Reduce tension associated with prolonged working postures
  • Improve everyday comfort, flexibility, and mobility
  • Strengthen team cohesion through shared movement
  • Support your workplace health strategy by helping prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)
  • Build lasting awareness of the importance of movement for long-term well-being
